| I have compiled a lot of information into my Buyer's Guide for Patrons to account for any questions that you may have, but if you have any questions on buying an artwork please feel free to e-mail or call me.

PRICING The costs associated with an artwork, are related to the materials used. the time involved in creating a finished work, and the years of experience necessary to become proficient. CURRENCY
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). ARTWORK SIZES
Note that sizes given on the Gallery pages are UNFRAMED sizes, except where indicated, ABOUT COPYRIGHT
If you buy one of my artworks you are not buying any reproduction rights to the work. If you wish to reproduce the artwork (for example as a print, greeting cards, invitation, stationary etc) you can purchase a limited reproduction license or full reproduction rights. ( special arrangements may be made for charities and other worthy causes ) |

I use PayPal for payment method because of it's added security for the customer and myself. - It's FREE to send money
- You can use any major payment type through PayPal without giving out your card information. (VISA, Master Card, AMEX, DISCOVER/NOVIS)
- All transactions are transferred to PayPal's secure server

Write down the ARTWORK ID, ARTWORK TITLE, and any questions that you may have. | If you would like to put an artwork on 1-3 month layaway that is not on sale or in an auction. First Contact Me by email.
or by phone to see if the work is still available. If the work is still available, I'll send you a PayPal invoice for 1/3 of the cost of the work.  NOTE - item will not be shipped until final payment has been made.

DELIVERY INSURANCE, AND DAMAGED ITEMS
I aim to ship the artwork within 48hr. I will email you confirming that the artwork has been shipped and with an indication of when you should expect to receive them.(1 to 2 weeks)All items are insured during shipping to cover damage or non-delivery. If the artwork/s are damaged on receipt, please Contact Me immediately, to arrange a refund, exchange, or replacement. I'll be shipping from Pennsylvania, If you live in PA there is a 6% sales tax. |

| I will quote you price by return email, when you place your order. Please note that, in this case, the initial, automatically generated, invoice will NOT show shipping as an extra charge, since I will need to calculate this separately for the order. |

| My art work will be shipped from the United States (Pennsylvania) and in some cases the buyer might be liable to pay appropriate import duties and taxes, please check the situation in your country with your Customs office before making a purchase. |

| You are able to buy from me in confidence knowing that if you decide not to keep your purchase, for any reason whatsoever, You may return it within 5 days of receipt for an exchange or you will be reimbursed for the full value of the painting, less shipping costs, no questions asked. The following conditions apply when returning items: |

There may be a 5-15% restocking fee on returned product (depending on initial shipping costs)- I must be notified by either email by phone before returning the artwork.
- The artwork must be received in the same undamaged condition as was sent.
- The artwork is to be shipped via a reputable courier back to me within 5 days of receiving it.
